This extraordinarily well-preserved, vintage and cased, doctor's ALLERGY TEST KIT dates from 1947. It comes with a nearly complete set of labeled corked glass vials - most with contents. The hardwood case sports brass metal hardware and measures 13.5" x 10.5" x 5.5". The interior label lists the contents and physician's directions. The vials are dated from 1947-1948. The drawer glides smoothly and one latch doesn't lock securely. Otherwise, this piece presents as an awesome visual display. The box cover presents with gold-colored labeling marked "WYETH......" as seen in photo. |
