Offered is a colorful group of 5 early medicines for the treatment of the bowels, liver, headache, vertigo and more. Dating from the turn-of-the-century to the 1940s, these delightful and diminutive medicines are all in very good, unused condition. The HALLS AND ELI LILLY medicine's wrappers cite the 1906 Food and Drug Act, and the PIERCE'S bottle is corked--the hallmark of an earlier bottle. For perspective as to size, the largest nostrum is CHAMBERLAIN'S TABLETS measuring 2.5"L x 1.5"W.
