Measuring 3 inches high x 2.50 inches deep, this darling little unmarked incense burner with 3 smiling black Sambo faces dates to late 1950-early 1960's Japan. Holes to hold stick incense are present in feet(which are black boy faces!!!) as well as on top of the boy's head. Additionally, a hollowed-out space in the back will hold cylindrically-shaped incense and will allow the smoke to waft out of the boy's open mouth. A darling piece of Black Memorabilia in excellent condition with much visual appeal! |
